Myths & Legends III shows that according to Compass Box no single distillery is too well-known or valuable to not be used in a blend. Whiskey must be about creativity and quality and not about categories. For this blended malt a batch, which is also used Part II, is combined with peated whiskeys from two famous distilleries from Islay and Orkney. Tropical fruit and butterscotch are now combined with a deeply aromatic peated profile. Never blend known names? Myths & Legends shows that this superstition is unfounded.
Please note that Myths & Legends III has been labelled with the incorrect bottling quantity. The number displayed on the neck label is 4,446 but should be 4,564.
