My Journey By Bus Greeting Card: Iron Grilles

During my travels across Malaysia, I was captivated by the beauty of grilles. The way their shadows form when the sun ray hits them. I can't help thinking how many people got to see them and me mesmerised throughout the decades. They are such an integral part of the heritage buildings.

These grilles provide security to those within buildings whist their motifs demonstrates their owner's interpretation of beauty. These usually is a symbolic meaning behind the designs and patterns that was chosen.
